Joanne Mills School of Dance (also known as JMSD) was established over 37 years ago in Banbury by Joanne Mills
We are a private dance school with all lessons taught by qualified dance teachers who are passionate and highly experienced.
Following Joanne Mills retirement in 2022, the school principal role was taken over by Joanne Mills daughter, Jessica Conlan, and the school continues to be run as a private dance school.
We are based just outside Banbury near Middleton Cheney at Old Overthorpe Preparatory School with ample free parking a great facilities.

Our full weekly timetable includes classes for all ages from pre-school to adult including the traditional disciplines of Ballet, Modern and Tap, Musical Theatre, Street Dance, Contemporary and Commercial through to Adult Jazz and Groove Aerobics.

OUR ANNUAL SHOW
We have one main show each year in October and we pride ourselves on being an all inclusive school which means there is no cost to take part in the show, you don't even pay for the costumes. |
ONE OFF EVENTS
We take part in many different events throughout the year. In the last 12 months we have performed at the National Entertainment Awards, Alton Towers and numerous local events. We have lots planned for the year ahead. |
STUDIO WORK
We have two large dance studios which allows us to run multiple lessons at the same time. Alongside our dance studios we also have ample free parking, a large changing room and a common room where parents can relax and wait and help themselves to a warm drink. |
